Our cryogenic reactions are done by two types of reactors: 1,000L and 3,000L For the 1,000L reactor, we have the capacity to perform the reactions to -90˚C, while using liquid nitrogen as a cooling agent.

If a larger reactor is required, we can cool our 3,000L reactor down to -50˚C.

Hamari also has extensive experience in safely handling reagents such
as Butyl lithium, LDA, ter-BuOK, and in performing Grignard and Wittig reactions. Another strength is in our etherification process using phase transfer catalysts.

Hamari has the know how to perform Negishi Cross Coupling reactions. The production scale is 50kg in Osaka pilot plant, using a special technology to eliminate Pd down to several ppb in final product.
