That relationship continues through our pilot plant in Kunijima, Osaka and commercial plant in Yonezawa, where close communications conducted on a regular basis include frequent visits, meetings at each plant, and video conferences.

Pilot to Commercial Projects
When pilot projects move to the commercial stage, after regular basis video conferences, the responsible chemists working in the Yonezawa plant will be dispatched to Kunijima, Osaka pilot plant, for technical guidance and transfer.

Until the validation batch's production in Yonezawa, the responsible scientists working in Kunijima, Osaka pilot plant, will be dispatched to the Yonezawa plant. This is to ensure consistency in technical transfer, performance as well as ownership and accountability.

The methods of analysis are established and validated in Kunijima, Osaka, and are then transferred between laboratories to Yonezawa.
