At Hamari Chemicals, we have the capability to conduct reduction reactions of more than 30 tons a year. We have successfully synthesized Lysinopril ester by an asymmetric Base reduction with Raney nickel.

Hamari also has extensive experience in reduction with DIBAH reagent on the commercial level.

We have 10 autoclaves ranging in size from 10L to 1800L to provide the capacity needed for your custom synthesis.

We have two specially designed autoclaves, one SS reactor that is rated to
990 psi and another is a hastelloy reactor is rated to 140psi under acidic conditions.

Hamari Chiral Technology
We develop the Hamari chiral technology such as an asymmetric transfer hydrogenetion using chiral Ru-catalyst. We are producing some APIs and intermediates by using our patented chiral technology. As for the quality, we can achieve chemical purity of 99% and an optical purity of 99%ee. In addition, we can eliminate Ru down several ppb in final product.
